This week I showed you how to cut your pieces into twelve parts from your A4 sheet, in order to make at least twelve cards from it. You just need to add some card bases, extra scraps of card, some Designer Series Paper, and stamps and ink. I also used a selection of three punches to decorate the cards.
The cutting guide is in metric as I find that much easier than imperial measurements. If you don't understand how it works or you have any questions, please just let me know. The rest of this blog post will be picture heavy because hopefully that will explain it better.
Cut your A4 card sheet as above. I would start with cutting it in half first at the 148.5mm mark, then it will make it easier to know where to go from there. The dotted lines are extra cuts or you can leave the strips to their stated size.
So your stamped A4 card stock can now be portioned as above. You will have twelve different strips/shapes some will be landscape and some portrait. You will then be able to add your extras to make the six cards that I showed you, and try to come up with your own ideas after that.
