Autumn Wreath Frame

Hi there, how are you?

I'm still very much enjoying creating Autumn projects and the one that I am showing you today was something that I was eager to make for quite a while! Cards and boxes are lovely to make but sometimes I just want to create something a little different and it's good when you can actually hang it up and admire it every day. With this in mind, I made an Autumn Wreath Picture Frame. The picture below shows the original one that I made, but for my FB Live version I switched it up a bit.

I  used a 23 cm( 9") square Ribba frame from IKEA, but obviously it's up to you which frame you use, you will just have to adjust the base card stock measurements accordingly.
I used the Sprig Punch from Stampin' Up! in various colours of card stock for the main wreath. I then decorated it with stamped and coloured acorns and leaves using the Beautiful Autumn bundle from Stampin' Up! In the centre of the heart I die cut the picket fence and stamped and coloured the image from the Autumn Goodness stamp and die bundle. I used my Stampin' Blends for this. I purchased the base wooden heart from a UK shop called The Works for £1.

This is the frame that I made actually on my FB Live.

For the base card layers you will need:

Crumb Cake Card stock 9" square.
Gilded Autumn Speciality Designer Series Paper 8" square.
In Good Taste Designer Series Paper, either a 6" square or draw around the heart shape and fully cover the heart and adhere it.

The rest of it is easy as it's just a case of punching out all of the coloured sprigs in coloured card stock: Crushed Curry, Pumpkin Pie, Cinnamon Cider, Soft Suede, Cajun Craze, Mossy Meadow and a choice of two/three brushed metallic card stock.

The most time consuming aspect is attaching all of the sprigs to the wooden heart, but you should easily be able to create a wreath frame in a couple of hours from start to finish. Prepping lots of sprigs beforehand is the key to speed this up. I'll leave you with my FB Live showing you how I made the wreath up.

Recently, I was part of a co-operative in Kylie and Bruno's training where we got the chance to enter a PDF tutorial to make up into a huge Mega Bundle of tutorials. There are 82 global PDF tutorials from other Stamin' Up! demonstrators in this bundle and you can either purchase it from me for £17 or you could earn it for FREE in three different ways.

1. If you purchase a stamp set die or punch bundle from the Stampin' Up! Mini catalogue.

2. By joining my team, and there's an extra special joining offer just for September only ( 2020). ( Contact me for more info).

3. If you purchase the brand new Standard size Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machine for £112.

Anyway, I think it's time for me to go off and get crafty so I will say goodbye until next time.

Happy Crafting
Love Sarah. xx
